The Library Champions Project helps newcomers discover public-library services and share that knowledge with their communities. My contribution combined community outreach with a small web resource that made useful links easier to find.

Why it matters
This project is a reminder that information architecture is also a form of service. The technical surface is intentionally simple; the value comes from organizing trustworthy resources around the questions a newcomer is likely to have.
